What a mailer box is
One sheet of corrugated board, die-cut to fold into a box with a hinged lid and tuck-in side flaps. No glue, no tape, and it ships flat. Hong Kong calls it 飛機盒; elsewhere, a mailer box.
Choosing between the four
Colour: full CMYK outside, inside optional. One-colour: your logo on kraft or white, the cheapest way to brand a box. Wrap-around: only a printed band around the walls, so less ink. Cardboard: the same shape in single-layer board, lighter and cheaper.
What ships in them
Courier orders, subscription boxes, member gifts — anything opened at home rather than picked off a shelf. If the box also has to sit in a shop, look at paper boxes instead.
Corrugated or white card
Corrugated board, about 1.5 mm, takes courier handling and stacking. Single-layer cardboard is thinner and prints more smoothly, for lighter contents. Choose by what the box has to survive.
Sizes, minimums and timing
Every product page takes your own length, width and height, from 100 pieces. Production is 12–14 days, plus 1–2 working days for Hong Kong delivery, included in the price.
