Can mailer boxes be printed inside and outside?

Yes. Printing inside as well adds ink and an extra production pass, and the configurator adds that to the price as soon as you select it.

Can I get a custom size at 100 pieces?

Yes, custom sizes are assessed case by case. Unusual proportions, load-bearing needs and inserts are confirmed with us along with the dieline.

What is the minimum order for custom mailer boxes and how much do they cost?

The minimum is 100 pieces. The configurator on this page prices your size, material, print and finishing as you choose them, so you do not wait for a quote.

How long does a custom mailer box order take in Hong Kong?

Production takes about 12-14 days, plus 1-2 working days for delivery within Hong Kong. Unit prices exclude freight; the freight for one Hong Kong delivery is listed on the quote and included in the total. Outside Hong Kong we ship by air with duties paid (DDP) — see our international shipping page for rates and lead times.

Can I get a sample before placing the full order?

Yes. A sample takes about 5-7 days. The sampling fee depends on the box type (HK$300 for the Colour Mailer Box) and is waived on orders of 500 pieces or more.

What material are the mailer boxes made of? Are they sturdy enough for shipping?

The face paper, matte or textured white card, is mounted onto a reinforced corrugated core. The result is a laminated board that survives courier handling and still looks like a premium box on arrival.
