Sayhey Bakery is probably one of the most popular local bakeries in Hong Kong. The proprietor, who is 「uneducated but determined」, is not only persistent in promoting Hong Kong-style bread but is also passionate about innovation.

When Sayhey Bakery was first established, the「I Want Real Milk Yolk」mini mooncakes were the first to hit the spot. Since then, several flavors have been introduced, including peanut butter-flavored mooncakes and Earl Grey-flavored mooncakes, which have become a hot trend in the past few years.

Adopting the tuck end box design, the traditional metal box packaging is eliminated, which is environmentally friendly and saves storage space. The orange color of the box is matched with flowers, giving it a retro look. The center of the box is decorated with Hong Kong traditional flower patterns and Chinese calligraphy, reflecting Hong Kong's local culture
