Matt White Card
Made of single powder paper, the surface is matte and the paper is tough. A popular packaging material with adhesive surface making box colors more vibrant. Waterproof and explosion-proof edge.
White Card with Pattern
The surface shows natural texture giving a natural and delicate touch. Wear-resistant, fold-resistant and easy to print. Completely de-plasticizable due to long fiber. Quite eco-friendly.
Kraft Paper
Strong, durable and eco-friendly. Natural brown appearance ideal for a rustic or sustainable brand aesthetic. Excellent tensile strength.

Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard production takes 7–10 working days after artwork confirmation. Express 7-day orders are available at an additional charge.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all 18 districts in Hong Kong. International shipping is available to Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
How is shipping fee calculated?
Shipping fee is calculated based on your delivery district. Free shipping is available for orders above HK$1,200–1,500 depending on your district.
Can I self-collect my order?
Yes, self-collection is available at our office. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe. Bank transfer (FPS) is also available.
When do I need to pay?
Full payment is required before production begins. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
Do you offer refunds?
As all orders are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. Most products start from 50–100 pieces. Please check the product page for specific MOQs.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before artwork confirmation. Once production begins, changes are not possible.
Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
Sample orders are available for selected products. Please contact our customer service team.
Artwork File
What file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, PDF, and PSD files. All files should be in CMYK colour mode with at least 300 DPI resolution.
What bleed and safe zone should I use?
Please add 3mm bleed on all sides and keep important content within a 3mm safe zone from the trim line.
Do you provide a dieline template?
Yes, we provide free tailor-made dieline templates for all products. Please request one when placing your order.
Design
Can I use your 3D editor to design my box?
Yes! Our online 3D editor lets you visualise your packaging before ordering. Select a product, choose a size, and click "Design in 3D".
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes, you can upload your completed artwork file (AI/PDF/PSD) during checkout.
Products & Materials
What materials are available?
We offer Matt White Card, White Card with Pattern, Kraft Paper, High-Grade Fiber Matte Card, and White Kraft Paper. Each has different printing characteristics.
Can I get inside printing?
Yes, full-colour and spot-colour inside printing are available as add-ons for most products.
What finishing options are available?
We offer Foil Stamping, Spot UV, Embossing/Debossing, and FSC Label printing as finishing add-ons.
