Kraft Paper - Introduction

The main characteristic of kraft paper is its natural brown or light yellow colour, which makes kraft paper commonly used for eco-friendly packaging and gives products a natural and rustic look.

Kraft paper is mainly made from wood fibre and is usually produced using wood such as birch and pine. This gives it a strong resistance to tearing and tensile strength.

As Kraft paper is made from natural wood, it has good recyclability, helping to reduce pressure on natural resources.

Single Pit Carton
Specified Standard Material

Single-pit carton is made of two layers of flat board and one layer of corrugated core.
Lightweight and suitable for light and medium weight items.
Low cost and suitable for packaging needs with limited budget.
Commonly used for one-off packaging and transport of lighter items.

Double Pit Carton

A double-pit carton consists of three layers of flat board and two layers of corrugated core.

It is stronger and more durable than single-pit, and is suitable for heavier and more fragile items.

Higher compression resistance and sturdiness.

Suitable for transporting items over long distances or for items that need to be protected.

Costs more but provides better protection and support.

Matte White Card

White Kraft Paper Introduction (Specified Standard Material)

Compared with traditional brown or light yellow kraft paper, white kraft paper has a white or light colour tone, giving it a cleaner, more modern and diverse appearance.

Although white kraft paper is bleached, it is still recyclable, which helps to reduce its negative impact on the environment.

Colour Presentation: Ungummed white cowhide has a more natural, muted tone and reflects natural light more gently. Colours may not be as vibrant as glued paper, but this depends on the needs of the brand and the design concept.

For corrugated paper, please note that the white kraft paper inside the box will show the corrugated lines.

*In general, kraft paper is not waterproof. Because it is made from natural wood fibres, its fibre structure makes it susceptible to water absorption and damage in wet or humid environments.

Therefore, if you need to package or protect products that need to be waterproof, consider matte white card.

Duble Side Printing - Matte White Card with Single Pit Matte White Card

Matte white card is used for both the front paper and the inside of the box. If you need to print on both sides of the box with bright colours, you may consider using this material. However, it should be noted that laminating will increase the softness and texture of the paper, as well as its thickness. With two layers of lamination, the folded box will be thicker than expected.

Although the material is waterproof, brands need to consider the environmental protection factor when deciding the packaging material.

Textured White Card / Matte White Card
